How to use the CPS Test

• 1. Input the amount of time (in seconds) you want the test.
• 2. Move cursor down to the + button in the shaded blue test area.
• 3. Begin clicking (left click) your mouse or tap the button on mobile
• 4. Continue the appropriate click/tap action for the selected duration
• 5. Get your click per second test results when the time expires
• 6. Use the reset button to start a new test. Choose a new test duration if you want

Ergonomics & Office Work Tips

• Keep proper posture with feet flat and knees at 90° angles
• Relax your shoulders and keep your back straight
• Choose an interval (e.g. every 20 minutes) to look away from your computer screen for 20 seconds.
• Stretch your hands, wrists, and arms to prevent stiffness and strain.
