Data Access & Usage

At most, we will collect an email address if you create an account or purchase any of our data grid products. An optional phone number is on the payment form. Even in cases where you complete a payment form, we will not store any data beyond the email address. Our payment processing partner Stripe handles all payment, credit card, or account related data that you submit. You can read their privacy policy here.

If you purchase a data grid license, the email address you provide will be used for support correspondence unless you contact us another way. You can schedule support sessions with our team using any email. Our system will attempt to access the Google Calendar of the email you use to schedule the meeting. You can always cancel or reschedule meetings. A record will be stored containing the email used to create the support session. You can contact us to remove the email from the record.

We are not actively sharing your email address with any third party. Our site makes use of Google Adsense, so we encourage you to read their privacy policy to see how they may use any data on our site for their own use.

Your email is stored in plain text on our database servers. If your email was collected while creating an account, you can always delete your account and the record of your email will be disposed of. If you purchase any of our products, the email you use will remain on record even if you didn't create an account. You can contact us if you need special considerations for the email kept on record.
